Not reliable. Because of the current legal system and regulations in my country, there is no provision for labor dispatch to be transferred. The labor dispatch worker signed a labor dispatch contract, so the labor dispatch cannot be righteous. Unless the labor dispatch period has arrived, the employer agrees to transfer you and sign a formal labor contract.
